PixCor™ Core-Shell Technology

PixCor™ was developed to the same exacting performance standards as Pixelligent’s PixNIL® products, with the added benefit of dramatically improved UV stability. Our brilliant nanotech scientists developed a proprietary core-shell technology where we surround our PixClear® Titania with a zirconia shell. This allows PixCor™ enabled formulations to deliver the combined advantages of UV stability, high refractive index, low haze, and high transparency, resulting in far superior optical fidelity and image quality for pass-through optics applications.

PixCor™ Compatibility

PixCor™ core-shell dispersions are comprised of a proprietary Zirconia shell that surrounds a PixClear® Titania nanoparticle core.

PixCor™ enabled PixNIL® formulations have demonstrated excellent nanoimprintability with leading nanoimprint tool makers and can deliver high aspect ratios of up to 6:1, resulting in better optical fidelity and image quality.
